1. How do we book these tour packages?
All you need to do is just send us your passport copies along with the flight details and make the advance payment. We will make all the hotel and excursion bookings for you.
Book the tour of your choice. Prepay and pick up your confirmed e-vouchers giving you details of where to pick up your travel kit. Collect your personalized kit from the SBB rail counter at either Zurich or Geneva airport (to be specified at the time of booking). Then proceed to the platform to connect with the train to your destination. Your accommodation vouchers, rail tickets to and from the airport, between specific cities and excursion tickets are all included. The excursion tickets can be utilized anytime during the mentioned day. All this makes it easy and fun at the same time.
2. How do we make the payment for the package?

What Kind of confirmation will I get?
We will send you an email with details of your confirmed bookings along with all the hotel details. You will receive an Invoice and an e-voucher giving you details of where to pick up your travel kit. Collect your personalized kit from the SBB rail counter at either Zurich or Geneva airport (to be specified at the time of booking). Then proceed to the platform to connect with the train to your destination.
What does the SBB kit contain?
The SBB kit contains your accommodation vouchers, excursion tickets, rail tickets to/from the airport and between specific cities. The excursion tickets can be utilized anytime during the mentioned day.
Are these Rail transfer passes?
The Rail transfers are not Swiss Rail Passes; these are mainly point-to-point transfer tickets.
Can I pay directly at Switzerland?
We need full payment before you start the tour. We normally ask for 25% advance payment and the rest after confirmation. We send the invoice and vouchers after we receive the full payment.

3. Where are the SBB counters located?
The SBB counters are located at both the Zurich and Geneva airports in Switzerland. You can also find SBB counters located at all the major Railway stations. You will have to exchange the e-mailed vouchers for your original vouchers at these counters. The procedures will be explained to you at the counters.
4. Are these tours group tours and escorted?
We can provide you with both Escorted Coach tours and Unescorted (self guided) Rail tours.
The Coach tours are seasonal and operate from May till October and have fixed dates of departures from Zurich and Geneva.
Meanwhile, the Rail tours are all individual tours. This gives you a lot of flexibility as you as you can choose your hotel category and travel dates besides the arrival and departure cities.
5. Is airfare to and from Switzerland included in these packages?
No, Our packages include only rail transfers within Switzerland.
6. What category of Hotels will be provided?
All our Rail tours include the option of 3* and 4* hotel packages. However, the coach tours offer accommodation in 4* Hotels only.

8. I'm a single traveler; will I be charged a single supplement?
For the Rail tours, we offer separate rates for single occupancy rooms .For the coach tours, which normally have accommodation on twin sharing basis, we charge a single room supplement for Single traveler.
9. Can I book extra nights of hotel accommodation before or after my tour?
For the Rail tours we can arrange additional night stay at any place covered in the package. For the coach tours, we can arrange additional night stay only at the starting or ending points of the tour.
10. Can you provide me with a list of the hotels we will be staying at?
We can provide you with a list of hotels we use in the Rail tours, however booking in a specific hotel is subject to availability.
However, we have fixed 4* hotels at each city for the coach tours
11. Are meals included in the tours?
The Rail tour package includes breakfast (Buffet). There are some train excursions and cruises that offer options of lunch or dinner (Lunch on William Tell/Glacier Express. Dinner Cruise on Lake Brienz / Lunch on top of Jungfrau).
The Coach tours includes Daily buffet breakfast and dinner (when mentioned)
12. Is tipping included and if not, how much should I budget?
Tips are not included in the tour price and tipping is entirely at your discretion.
13. Can you help arrange my travel visas?
Requirements for travel visas vary widely and depending on your nationality. Although we are unable to arrange visas on your behalf we have provided links on our page to websites that will help you determine if visas are required. If you do require a visa you can arrange them yourself or use the services of a travel agent or visa processing company.
14. What are the cancellation policies for the tour packages?
For Rail tour packages, the following cancellation policies will apply:
" 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the total confirmed tour price.
" 15 days prior to arrival - 30% of the total confirmed tour price.
" Less than 15 days prior to arrival - 50 % of the total confirmed tour price.
" Less than 7 days - 100% of the total confirmed tour price.
For coach tours, the following cancellation policies will apply:
" 22 days prior to tour departure - full refund (communication and admin.charges @ CHF 50)
" Till 10 days prior to tour departure - 10 % of the tour cost + CHF 50.
" Cancellation less than 7 days and more than 3 days - 25%.
" No show / less than 3 days - No Refund.
15. Is the weather in Switzerland too cold for me?
The weather in Switzerland ranges from approximately -23°C to 10°C in winter and 18°C to 35°C in summer. In winter, it is never too cold for anyone as long as you wear enough to keep warm. If you are sufficiently clothed, you can feel the cold a little, especially on your face, but will not shiver. The cold is usually a dry cold.
16. What do I need to bring along?
Thermal wear, sun protection cream/lotion, sunglasses, cap that covers your ears, swimming costume, sweater/pullover/fleece jacket, windbreaker/wind jacket, winter gloves, neck-scarf, binoculars, water bottle/thermos flask, knapsack/haversack, ski pants and ski jackets. Most important: Camera or video cam for the picturesque sceneries and personal/individual memoirs. Don't forget battery chargers or extra camera batteries and a two-pin adapter!
