The Restaurants in Switzerland serving super quality local products and wines is nominated as Terroir Ambassadors to their customers. The restaurants of Switzerland continue to feature Terroir products with pride. A five member panel was made up by the selective candidates from the representatives of Geneva’s restaurant and hotel associations and of the canton’s wine producing and farming communities.
