The Cave de Bonvillars boasts a sophisticated infrastructure that helps and supports the work of the winegrower at all the stages of the wine making production. Founded in 1948, Bonvillars is situated on the Vaud side of the Lake of Neuchatel.
Enjoys a predominantly complimentary microclimate the Bonvillars generated by the thermal properties of the lake. It records the lowest rainfall levels in the canton of the Vaud. Its full-flavored classic draws the mineral characteristics from the sandstone rock and the gravelly earth.
Its vineyard stretches over the villages of Champagne, Bonvillars and Onnens, from Grandson, a reputed medieval site, to Concise.
