The Association Vinicole de Corseaux was founded by 24 local winemakers in 1916. Today, the association comprises of around forty members which stretched about 17 hectares of AOC Chardonne. The vineyard of the AVC is extremely popular for their superb quality grapes.
Twelve grape assortments represent their quality from these native soils, as 70 % taken up by Chasselas. Gamay, Pinot noir, Garanoir, Gamaret, Diolinoir, Pinot Gris and Viognier are the names of other highly liked grapes of the region. The reason behind the vinification is to impede as little as required in the system and to filter only the minimum needed. The innovative production of the company respects the typical character of the Chardonne soil. The policy of the company is focused on its quality and thus recognized as the prime wine producing zone of Switzerland.
