Day 1: Arrive in Lucerne by 2nd class train from the airport or Swiss border. Stay overnight in Lucerne.
Day 2: Take an excursion to Engelberg and Mt Titlis. Enjoy the cable car ride and the view of the Alpine landscape. Return to Lucerne to stay overnight.
Day 3: Take a trip to Mt. Pilatus. Travel to a height of 7000 ft in the steepest cogwheel train in Switzerland. Return to Lucerne to stay overnight.
Day 4: After breakfast at the hotel leave for the train station to board the train to Interlaken. The Brunig SBB train travels over the scenic Brunig Pass. Stay overnight in Interlaken.
Day 5:Take day's excursion to Schilthorn. Travel to height of over 10,00 ft and enjoy dining at the revolving restaurant with a panoramic view. Return to Interlaken to stay overnight.
Day 6: Take an excursion to Jungfraujoch (a mountain over 11,000 feet high) - also called 'The Top of Europe' and admire the stunning view of the Alpine landscape. Stay overnight at Interlaken.
Day 7: Spend the morning at leisure. In the afternoon leave for Zurich and stay overnight at Zurich.
Day 8: Continue your journey within Switzerland or travel to the airport or Swiss border, to proceed on your onward journey.

Day 3:Take a tour of the Bernese Oberland. Travel to Brig through the Lotschberg Tunnel and then to Zermatt. Enjoy the car-free environs of Zermatt and the view of the Matterhorn. Stay overnight in Zermatt.
Day 4:Travel on the cogwheel railway to Gornergrat and admire the superb view of the Matterhorn, Mont Blanc and other Alpine peaks that are over 13,000 ft tall. Stay overnight in Zermatt.

Day 1: Arrive in Lucerne by 2nd class train from the airport or Swiss border. Tour the historic buildings and the Transportation Museum in Lucerne. Enjoy a cruise on Lake Lucerne and stay overnight in a hotel in Lucerne.
Day 2:Board the Voralpen Express from Lucerne to Sattel and enjoy the scenic drive alongside Lake Lucerne and Lake Zug. Stop for lunch at Rapperswil, known for its fragrant roses. Then travel past Lake Zurich and Obersee to Toggenburg and St. Gallen, where you change trains to a narrow gauge line to Appenzell. Here you can view the traditional Swiss cottages and enjoy the local cuisine. Stay overnight in Appenzell.
Day 3:Board the little red train to Urnasch from where you board the bus to Schwagalp, where you can visit the Cheese factory or climb up the Santis (2500m), which offers a grand view of 4 counties from its peak. At Schwagalp travel by bus to Nesslau, Buchs and arrive at Vaduz, the capital of Leichtenstein. Then proceed by bus to Chur, the oldest town in Switzerland. Stay overnight in Chur.
Day 4:Enjoy the beautiful ambience of Chur and then continue your journey to Zurich. Enjoy shopping at the Bahnhofstrasse or stroll alongside beautiful Lake Zurich. Stay overnight in Zurich.
Day 5:Continue your journey within Switzerland or travel to the airport or Swiss border, to proceed on your onward journey.
