The museum of communication is the only museum in Switzerland dedicated exclusively and interactively to the history of inters human communication in its entire spectrum. The museum has everything to do with communication which is a memorable experience for the visitors. The range of communication extends from body language and dialogue between different cultures to the exchange of information via old and new media such as postal services, telecommunications, radio, television, computer and internet. The impressive permanent exhibitions entitled “Communication Adventure” tell exciting stories about our daily relations , ” So near and yet so far People and their media” provides an overview of communication and its development. ”As time Goes Byte: Computing and Digital culture “focuses on new media and the growth of information technology. "Imagery that Sticks: The World of Stamps" - reveals the fascinating story of postage stamps .Amazing interactive installation with virtual scenes, numerous listening stations and entertaining games encourage exchanges and encounters. The museum remains open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm.
