Not far from Le Locle, in Château des Monts a late 18th century mansion is home to a magnificent collection of clocks and watches. The museum exhibits an impressive history of measurement of time. The museum has an interesting collection of watches, clocks, miniature machines and 35 automata ranging from 16th Century to 19th Century. The museum conjures up a magical world where the mixture of techniques and art dreams and mystery link the past to the future. The museum remains opened through out the year From 14.00 to 17.00 except on Mondays.
