Location : Above the Schatzalp mountain station
How to reach : It is situated on a walking distance from the summit station of the Schatzalp.
Visitors wonder at the diversity of Alpine flora. They are guided by well-marked paths and steps through the vast garden. Most of the plants are in bloom in the months of June and July except few rarities which bloom at the end of September. Each plant is labeled properly with its name in German or in original Latin with there properties whether they are medicinal plant or poisonous plant .In the Medicinal Plant garden of Alfred Vogel you are introduced to the plants which have medicinal properties and are used in modern healing. The timing to visit this garden is from the end of May to the end of September from 9 am to 5 pm.
