The church has maintained the tresury since its foundation and houses one of the world’s most important collection of sacred gold work. It combines the modern works of precious reliquaries Merovingian, Carolingian, Romanesque and Gothic. The treasury contains not only historical items, but also a collection of priceless local religious and cultural relics.
The rich collection includes sardonyx vase dating back to the first century B.C., the 7th century Merovingian casket, the St. Maurice reliquary and the reliquary belonging to the children of St. Sigismond (this dates back to the 12th century).
