Riederalp is a family friendly, car free summer and winter holiday resort situated in upper Valais at an altitude of almost 2000 m above the sea level. The cross- country skiing paradise of Goms at the bottom of Rhone Valley caters the cross-counter skiers and makes it a major tourist attraction for adventure enthusiasts.
