Destination: Northern France - Switzerland – Giswil – Lucerne - Jungfrau Railway and Grindelwald - Interlaken and Brienz – Paris - Calais

Day 01: (Dec 22 or Dec 29): Northern France
Your Christmas or New Year in Switzerland Tour will start with a journey break up for an overnight stay in northern France.

Day 02:(Dec 23 or Dec 30): Switzerland – Giswil – Lucerne
Proceed southwards to Switzerland and arrive at the hotel in Giswil. Enjoy the welcome drink on arrival. Breakfast and dinner will be provided too.

Day 03: (Christmas Eve or New Years Eve): Lucerne
Third day of your Christmas or New Year in Switzerland Tour starts with a sightseeing tour of the Old Town area and the lakeshore to see the covered Chapel Bridge. You can choose to join the motorboat cruise along Lake Lucerne.

Day 04: (Christmas Day or New years Day): Jungfrau Railway and Grindelwald
Enjoy a ride aboard the Jungfrau Railway that will take you through snowy alpine meadows to Kleine Scheidegg Mountain. Return to the alpine resort of Grindelwald. Breakfast and dinner will be provided too.

Day 05: (Boxing Day or Jan 2): Horse and carriage ride (optional) and Interlaken and Brienz
On the 5th day of your Christmas or New Year in Switzerland Tour you will go on an optional horse and carriage ride. In the afternoon go on an optional excursion to the famous resort of Interlaken. Visit Brienz and also the woodcarver’s workshop. Breakfast and dinner will be taken care of.

Day 06: (Dec 27 or Jan 3): Paris area
Resume your journey back home and spend a night in the romantic Paris area. Go on an optional ‘Paris by night tour’. Breakfast will be provided.

Day 07: (Dec 28 or Jan 4): Calais - Departure
Your Christmas or New Year in Switzerland Tour ends with an arrival in Calais for your return journey back home.
